Delivery time & shipping costs

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on working days before 8 p.m. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. There is an indication of the delivery time on the product page. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

Delivery is via DHL's postman or parcel deliverer]. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

All our items have a delivery time of 20 - 30 days.
In addition to our own brand articles, we use a shipping time of approximately 14 - 20 days (Note! This is only in the Netherlands).
